Crop and varietyWrite the exact variety, seed company, packet year, and lot notes if present.
Sow dateRecord indoor, winter-sown, direct-sown, or succession planting dates separately.
GerminationNote first sprouts, rough germination rate, temperature, light, and problems.
Pot upRecord date, container size, soil mix, and any fertilizer used.
TransplantTrack hardening off, transplant date, bed location, spacing, and weather.
ResultAt harvest or cleanup, mark whether the variety earned a place next season.
